From that moment on, the transfer to your accommodation is entirely organized by us, with a private car and no surprise costs: transport is included in the treatment package agreed in advance.

The transfer and accommodation

During the ride to the hotel, you will have the chance to ask your first questions to our team member, get practical information about the area, recommended meals during treatment days, and the schedule for the following days. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can settle in at your own pace: in most cases, the clinical program does not start immediately upon arrival, allowing time to rest from the trip, especially if you took an early morning flight or crossed a different time zone.

The diagnostic visit

The first real clinical step of the journey is the diagnostic visit, generally scheduled either the same day or the day after arrival, depending on flight times. During this visit:

  • The dentist examines your oral situation with a thorough clinical exam
  • 3D scans are performed and, if needed, panoramic X-rays or dental CT scans
  • The treatment plan agreed remotely is reviewed together with you, with any adjustments based on the diagnostic data collected on site
  • You are presented with a final, detailed quote with no surprises

This step is essential: even though before departure you already received the treatment plan and cost from the doctor after the online consultation, only the direct examination and scans allow the definitive treatment plan to be confirmed with precision.

What happens after the diagnosis

Depending on the complexity of your case, the actual treatment may begin the same day as the diagnostic visit or the following day, to give the clinical team time to prepare everything needed, for example if custom-made prosthetics are involved. Our team member remains available throughout your stay for any practical needs, from meal recommendations compatible with treatment to simple tourist information for your free time.
