The Consultation
Who carries out the consultation?
A dental doctor, surgeon and implantologist who speaks Italian and English. Not a sales operator.
Is it free?
Yes, the first consultation is free and without obligation, online by video call or at the clinic in Tirana.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because a price given without seeing the patient's mouth is not a quote. The cost is communicated by the doctor after the consultation, in writing, and does not change.
The Clinics and the Doctors
Where are the clinics?
All in Tirana, the capital of Albania, about half an hour from the airport.
What training do the doctors have?
They studied and specialised abroad, mainly in Europe, and most of them speak Italian; English is spoken throughout the clinics.
Are you an agency?
No. Our whole team is part of the clinics and works inside them. We have no salespeople and no commissions.
Travel and Support
How many trips are needed?
One for crowns, veneers and restorative care; normally two, a few months apart, for implants. The doctor gives you the precise schedule during the consultation.
Do you help with hotel and transfers?
Yes: we suggest hotels close to the clinic, pick you up at the airport and organise all transfers.
What if I have a problem after returning home?
The doctor who treated you remains reachable on WhatsApp and by video call. Every treatment is covered by a written warranty.
